William M. “Bill” Hendricks, 89, of Taylorsville, May 12, 2023, at his residence in Spencer County. Born in Bowling Green on Dec. 10 1933, he was the son of the late Henry Joseph and Louise Christina Morgan Hendricks and the widower of Sue Carol Patterson Hendricks.
His survivors include his children, Michelle Schickel (Chris), of Louisville; Susie Hendricks (Bobby Ahl), of Shepherdsville, Terri Smoot (Billy), of Louisville, Tim Hagan (Christine), of Louisville, Billy Hendricks (Cary), of Campbellsville, Danny Hendricks (Cindy), of Deer Park, TX, Cheryl Hendricks of Shepherdsville, and Chris Hagan (Amanda), of Charlestown, IN; a sister-in-law; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and lifelong friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at the Hall-Taylor Funeral Home of Taylorsville, with the Reverend Chad Goodlett officiating. Interment was in the Valley Cemetery in Taylorsville.
Visitation was from 3 p.m., until 8 p.m., Monday, May 15, 2023, at the Hall-Taylor Funeral Home of Taylorsville.
