After besting Ohio County on Sept. 9, the Lady Bears volleyball team picked up their second win of the season against Jeffersontown on the road on Sept. 14, 2-0, with final scores of 25-11 and 25-8. The win comes off of four losses in a row to Wayne County, Bullitt Central, and Washington County.
Vs. Wayne County
The Lady Bears battled twice against Wayne County as part of the Taylor County Throwdown on Sept. 10 and 12, and lost both encounters, with the same results of two sets to none, 25-22, and 25-19.
Vs. Bullitt Central
In the last game of the Taylor County Throwdown on Sept. 12, the Lady Bears lost 0-2 to Bullitt Central. The scores from the night were 25-22, and 25-18.
Vs. Washington County
On Sept. 13, the Lady Bears traveled to Washington County where they would come up short, with a 0 — 2 loss, with final match scores of 25-12, and 25-21.
The Lady Bears played at home vs Ballard on Monday, play at Central on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m., and at Collins on Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
