Nola Katherine Husband Martin, 90, of Taylorsville, died on Sunday, March 12, 2023, at Signature Heath Care of Spencer County in Taylorsville. Born in Shelbyville, on Sept. 21, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Chester Arlie and Carrie McGaughey Husband.
Survivors include her son, David Martin of Waddy; her sister, Opal Edwards of Taylorsville; her granddaughter and great-granddaughter; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were conducted at 1:30 p.m., Friday, March 17, 2023, at the Hall-Taylor Funeral Home of Taylorsville, with the Rev. Allan Hahn and the Reverend David Clay officiating. Interment was in the Little Mount Baptist Church Cemetery in Little Mount.
