The time has come for fresh produce, baked goods, artisan specialties and more! The Henry County Farmer’s Market opening day will be Saturday, June 3 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Courthouse in New Castle. Following this day, the Farmer’s Market will be open each Wednesday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon through the end of October. Those who participate in the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program and WIC are invited to come and purchase from producers. There will be fun activities throughout the Summer, be sure to read the newspaper and/or follow the Henry County Farmers Market page on Facebook for announcements.
